Who we are

Pehle Health is an online fitness coaching service operated by Manish Kapoor, based in India. We provide personalised nutrition and workout coaching through our website at pehlehealth.com and via WhatsApp. Our contact email is pehlehealth@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Fill out our coaching enquiry form (name, country, WhatsApp number, age, gender, fitness goal, fitness history)
• Take our fitness assessment quiz (age, gender, height, weight, fitness goal, training history, lifestyle habits)
• Use our Meal Protein Checker tool (meal photos you choose to upload, your body weight)
• Contact us via WhatsApp or email
• Make a payment through Razorpay

We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard web analytics (page views, traffic sources) through tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics if enabled.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalise our fitness coaching services
• Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you via WhatsApp
• Process payments securely through Razorpay
• Analyse and improve our tools and services
• Send you coaching check-ins, progress updates, and relevant fitness guidance

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

Meal photos and AI analysis

When you use our Meal Protein Checker tool, you voluntarily upload a photo of your meal. This photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for nutritional analysis and is not stored by Pehle Health after the analysis is returned. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

We do not store, share, or use your meal photos for any purpose beyond the immediate nutritional analysis you request.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or other payment information on our servers. Razorpay's privacy policy is available at razorpay.com/privacy.

When you make a payment, we receive a confirmation notification containing your name and contact details, which we use to initiate your coaching onboarding.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your assigned fitness coach (a Pehle Health contractor) to deliver your coaching programme
• With our client experience team for onboarding and support purposes
• With Razorpay to process payments
• With Anthropic's API to power our Meal Protein Checker tool
• If required by law or a valid legal process

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active client or as necessary to provide our services. WhatsApp conversation history is retained on our business WhatsApp account in line with WhatsApp's own data retention policies. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at pehlehealth@gmail.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time

Cookies

Our website uses only a single cookie-like mechanism — localStorage — to remember your preferred colour theme (dark or light mode). No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies are used on pehlehealth.com.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
